Our History
Founding of the Akron Executives' Association
A group of Akron business leaders came together to form the Akron Executives' Association to create a network for referrals and business growth.
Affiliation with International Executives' Association
AEA joined the International Executives' Association, connecting our members to executives around the world.
Expanded Membership Categories
The association grew to include 25 distinct business categories, expanding networking opportunities.
Established Annual Charity Initiative
Started an annual fundraising event to support local charities and strengthen our community involvement.
Launched Business Speaker Series
Introduced monthly guest speakers to provide insights and education to our members.
50th Anniversary Celebration
